Shanda Lancaster Spokesperson For Singsnap
Spreading libel in the name of Singsnap/Singsnap's personal advocate
Shanda Lancaster has become the spokesperson for the web site singsnap.com, an online karaoke web site where hundreds record their music online and give and receive comments about their work.
On the site scam reports, Lancaster has openly stated on behalf of singsnap that a plaintiff in a current federal lawsuit against singsnap owner Trevor McGuire has committed illegal activities against singsnap.com. No such crimes or activities have ever been charged against the plaintif, nor have they ever been pursued or discussed within the legal system. To make such blatant statements shows the continued harassment of the plaintiff and utter disregard and disrespect for the law.
The statement by Lancaster"
"The original complaint here was made only as a vendetta against ME. They were caught out on another site doing wrong (blatantly breaking the site's terms of use along with baiting, flaming, and trolling on the site's message board). Only one of those people has an actual connection to me. I am here to say, SHE caused her own 'dismissal' from that site due to activity bordering on illegal. I and other people let the site owner know what she was doing and she was permanently banned from the site."
For Lancaster to state that the plaintiff has done this criminal act is public harassment, libel, assault and slander. Shanda Lancaster recently lost her case in the federal court system due to default. Lancaster evaded service by actual service refusal. Several attempts are made by following the guidelines of the law which result in default if the defendant ignores the complaint by the deadline given.
She now is guilty of the all complaints filed against her and now, is speaking out as the official spokesperson for Mr. Mcguire and his web site singsnap.com.
Shanda Lancaster continues to link another site to the plaintiff which was included in the original complaint against her. The defendant, Mrs. Lancaster continues her crusade of libel and harassment and has now taken the job of crusading for the karaoke site as well.
The statement by Lancaster:
"This person has gathered a 'following' of other banned members and, the aforementioned site, http://manthissitesucks.forumotion.com is their number one playground, . They target ME, Shanda Lancaster, because this woman has them convinced she is good and I am bad". It is a lot of school yard nonsense/. Their second playground is the Internet itself, in particular complaint sites such as this one?. They've run more than one smear campaign against me using complaint sites by saying the most atrocious, vile, and completely untrue things they could dream up;. The fact is, these people cannot even get my name correct! One of the most ridiculous complaints I saw lately was a juvenile poem written by a very disturbed woman but I'll not say her name although I know who she is;."
While Lancaster is in default with her own lawsuit, she has stepped forward to speak on behalf of Trevor McGuire who is currently still responding to his own complaint against him|.
If McGuire wishes to have a spokesperson for the site speak publicly for singsnap, one would think he'd make a better choice in the one doing the job,.
It is possible, the singsnap site owner does not know Lancaster speaks for the entire cooperation of singsnap/eatsleepmusic but he may want to know she is doing the job regardless..
